He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained every step of the inspection process clearly, and demonstrated genuine care for resolving the issue and not just patching it up. He was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out potential entry points I never would have noticed, and offering practical, effective solutions. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and respect for my space—he worked neatly and left everything spotless when he was done. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and reassuring. My pest issue was not typical as food moths are usually dealt with eliminating contaminated products. The situation was at a rental unit and was out of control. So many moths and cocoons in the cupboards, on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen and bathroom. Wrote to Homestars.com describing my situation and the same day Gary from Guard More Pest Control sent me a message and next day we were able to talk and meet for an estimate. The same week we set an appointment. Garry came prepared, placed pheromone monitoring traps and sprayed the area with chemicals. Big improvement after first treatment but we scheduled second because we know moths hatch and multiply. Overall great communication and great service. ~ Halina S

From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with—even though I’m currently out of the country and had to coordinate everything remotely through phone and email. They scheduled two treatments one week apart, and handled the problem efficiently. I have an ongoing raccoon problem in my backyard. Gary from Guard More Pest Control Inc exceeded my expectations! He was professional, helpful and friendly. He removed the raccoon feces off of my deck and cleaned up the area (this is an after photo of the cleanup, where the wood used to be a black colour). He sprayed animal repellent and bug spray at the front of my house and in my backyard. He also put a mesh cover to prevent the raccoons from returning (see attached picture). I have this bed bug problem more than one year. No one was able to help me because I live in housing. They had previous pest control coming 5 times over the past year. It never got resolved. I had enough emotional and financial stress as I decide to call a pest control company myself and pay it out my pocket. I called Gary from Guard More Pest Control. A quick thanks to the Guard More Pest team! I saw a bunch of wasps flying near a second floor office window over the past week. I grew concerned that they could pose a threat and possibly sting me or my family. Gary came by for an inspection and found a small hole in the sill, where the buggers were clearly nesting. He informed me that he could spray the area to stop them from coming back and remove the ones already there. It worked like a charm! Guard More Pest Control did an excellent job resolving the bed bug issue in my home. They providing much faster service than other companies I reached out to. Seems their technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful, They pest all corner of my house including sofas , closet , bed , tables and includes all furniture in the house . In addition they use UV light to find bugs location on the walls corner. After service They also suggested me to buy bed bugs proof mattress cover and that works. We were seeing cockroaches within the kitchen cabinets and in the last week, they started crawling around the living room area. We called Guard More Pest Control and Gary came by within 2 hours to spray my the kitchen, living room, and apartment baseboards for cockroaches. I've seen a couple dead roaches so that's a good sign that the spray is working. He added some bait traps around the washroom and bed rooms to help make sure that any cockroaches there would die. Called Gary and he was able to come almost immediately. He did a great job and went above and beyond. Explained everything in detail and was very thorough. He took his time to find and patch up/cover up any possible entry points where rodents could enter, inside and outside. He even had a drone to check the roof. Gary did a great job removing 2 different hard to reach wasp colonies at my parent’s place. During the first visit, it was raining, and therefore the spray was not as effective. I reached out to Gary when my parents still saw wasps after 2 days. Gary came back and did another spray in the evening and came back for a 3rd visit the next morning to ensure there wasn’t any more wasps. I've been avoiding my backyard deck this summer. There were a couple wasps coming out of a hole in them and I think there was a hive. Gary helped me spray in outside and inside of the holes in my wood deck. There were a couple dead wasps on the ground. We recently moved into our condo and found mouse droppings in the kitchen. I have rats start appearing in my backyard. I called Gary, and he came asap. He did an inspection to make sure my family was not in danger of any rats coming into the house. I had a hole in the wooden siding of my house and was unsure if animals had gotten into the walls. Gary arrived precisely on time, quickly assessed the situation and determined the animals had not bitten through. He push wire mesh over the hole and charged a very reasonable price.
